Lag on the Jnoob Clients.
How come the clients are lagging so much i have super fast internet and a amazing computer that cost ~$2000. Please help if possible.
Perhaps its the traffic. If you believe it's Jnoob's clients that's doing it - don't download it. It works fine on my computer and it costs a bit under $2,000... and my internet speed is average. Soooooo.... yeah. I get lags here and there but I don't mind.
what client you using?

Don't bring money into this. I play JNoob's client on a $400 Laptop without lag.
"Lag" is subjective. Those with a cheap computer will have only experienced ~30 fps, so it makes sense that if Jnoob clients only ran at ~30 fps, those with good computers who have experienced ~60 fps will say it's laggy, while others will not.

She(?) just said that it works fine on her computer. Probably referring to the only client that has ever came up in the conversation.
Why can't you guys learn to play without clients? I don't need them and I am perfectly fine.
Alright, guys.

LAG refers to "latency" Latency is the rate it takes your computer to communicate to the server that you're connected to. This is measured most often in milliseconds. Having a lot of lag is almost exclusively because of a bad internet connection, server problems, or a geographically significant distance between your location and the server's location.

FRAMERATE refers to how many frames per second of any media that your computer is capable of processing. In this case, the media format is a flash game; the framerate, or FPS, is how many still images (frames) per second you see. The higher your FPS, the more it looks like fluid movement on-screen rather than a series of still images. Having low FPS is usually an issue with your computer's specs, your settings, your drivers not being updated, outdated programs, etc.

If you want any amount of help, PLEASE don't use the word "lag" without explaining to which you're referring.

Everybody knew what kind of "lag" he was referring to, as clients are notorious for causing fps lag. Latency lag specific in a certain client is relatively unheard of.

The one thing I've learned working troubleshooting on technology:
Everything you think is common sense isn't. Also, people that use the wrong words for things usually have no idea what they're doing.

You caught me. I slaughter Jews.
Know Issues on my part for the cause of lag:

Overuse of mods on the client makes the entire client load all the mods when opened and keeps them running in the background of the client sort of speak. If you don't want it to be so laggy, Use less mods.

Mods don't "run in the background" of clients...
