Where can I get the latest vanilla private server files?

what do you mean by 'vanilla server'? if prod, then it wont get leaked in a long time(the source is there, just not public yet).

This is like the only 'Vanilla' server there is out there that is basically updated to 22.1.0

The 22.1 Server is still in major development as it's not stolen from prod's coding at all (anyways prod is coded in c++).

Make it yourself... no one will release theirs as other people will then steal their work. Just use a 123.0.1 source that was from 2 years ago. I recommend KrazyShank's Server Source

If you want to be in a vanilla private server, you have to work for it. By work, we mean maps, coding, development, all sorts of that. But there's a possibility the owner isn't accepting more applications. The one that I am linking here is the one that Donran is using.
