The gtx 760. If that goes over your budget then the gtx 660 ti. I had the 660 ti for over a year and i was able to play every game (evan bf4) on high or ultra.
AMD is better, and whats your powersupplys Wattage?

GFX: Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti Graphics Card (2GB, GDDR5, PCI-Express 3.0): Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessoriesⓘ
ASUS or EVGA is generally the go-to for Graphics Cards, you won't be able to fault them.
MSI Gaming 750-ti as Dongonata suggested you 
R9 270 is a solid card for that budget.
