Anyone know the problem? No one replies on the forum so I thought I could get some help here

Do you have the mods folder in there?
Its a text document and it is there but It still doesnt work

Thats the inside of test2
No it just says mod.txt and has the word test2 theres no test2 folder or anything.
You dont need the Mods folder 
EDIT 1: Yes, you need Mods folder, but you dont need to load, just do by the Extreme Injector way

Try to download again, tutorial step by step:
Step 1 - Download Extreme Injector v2 - link: Extreme Injector v2.1 by Master131 | Injector Download
Step 2 - Download Lick Hack
Step 3 - Put your unturned in the MENU GUI (where you can customize your character and play single player and multiplayer)
Step 4 - Open Extreme Injector, than open Unturned.exe executable
Step 5 - Open Titanium.dll and click inject
Step 6 - Click on Unturned again, *FINISHED* your game is hacked!

use cheat engine as injector that worked for me.
