Minecraft (Not Responding)

Every time I minimize my game or go into another window (e.g my browser or a folder) then go back into the game, it stops responding but I can still see everything going on my screen and I can hear sounds. It sometimes fixes itself after 3 mins but sometimes I have to restart the game to fix it. Please help me. I reinstalled my minecraft completely, reinstalled Java and installed the newest version.

Here are my specs

CPU- AMD Athlon II X4 645 3.1GHz
GPU- Radeon HD 7750
RAM- 4GB DDR3
MOBO- ASUSTeK M4A78LT-M

The problem only started recently, I never had anything like that.

Bump maybe?

Also have this problem, but only with weepcraft

Run a full malware scan with MalwareBites, even if you think you take good care of your computer, there is bound to be a few viruses or PUPs.

Have you installed any programs as of recent? Also, what's your OS?
Try uninstalling newer programs. If you have a problem with any, use Revo Uninstaller.
If it's not that, I'm out of ideas. Dry defragmenting.

I really don't know. My computer is just a wooden box filled with dog poop. I will be getting a new internet in about 20 days time so I will be formatting my PC as it will be easier for me to redownload all the programs and games with a faster internet and hopefully that will fix it. If not, I quit gaming.

How do you know that it would fix it? It may be a problem with my hardware. Also I would quit gaming because in the past, I broke 3 PC's even though I took really good care of them. Either the graphics card burned, or the ram, or anything. Now I have loads of problems with everything. Minecraft not responding, Garry's Mod crashing, Battlefield not joining any games. If I still had problems after formatting then apparently gaming is not for me.
