The problem is that Arma II has moved onto steam. Now instead of having CD-Keys keep track of bans, you now have your STEAM-ID that keeps track of your bans. And since you can't change your Steam ID you basically need to buy a new Arma 2 OA. (Something like that)

Hey guys. I got help and fixed it! This is what I was told to do:
