How to change Hell Quest's default browser?

So Hell Quest uses Internet Explorer as it's default browser.
And, I wanted to packet edit a private server but the website blocks Internet Explorer browsers (which HQ uses).

Is there a way in changing Hell Quest's browser?

Or are there any alternative trainers out there that is similar to HQ (has the ability to change links).

Unless you want to decompile remove the change check and learn delphi then you cant xD *pretty sure its coded in delphi*

It is in Delphi.

AQWin allows you to change game links, but it's quite old looking.
