5 games, level 30
I saw this guy the other day with 5 wins in normals but he was a level 30? I know that in S3 you can go into a private game and leave after a few minutes and get xp but this was recent. How is it possible?

Did you check his other stats besides normals? I know that Gosu only has like 30 wins for normals but like a hundred for ARAM.

That's only for normal 5v5s I believe. It only shows the number of times you won in the game mode being played.
Leveling bot playing coop vs ai farming IP day and night, there exists a lot of leveling bots, few free most paid. I don't think Riot check about this,
