is there a way to get banned of you use this?

Can someone answer an important question? Say I get banned with this, how much would it cost me to get back into dayz epoch with steam?
I have arma 2 and OA bought through steam, I understand now after the update its harder to change your key...
Does it require buying a whole new combined ops and making a new steam account? Basically 30 dollars to play again?

Or can I just buy a 2 dollar OA key from somebody here like it used to be to play again? Not sure how it works after the latest update and if you can easily change your key now to play through steam...
