Amazon question asap!

i was looking at fresnic fourm from his amazon banned or somthing so i was a bit paranoid about me so i made this fourm so i can get help and i got 2 questions

1. Can i still buy somthing from amazon?

2. am i banned? or i just can send or refund anything to amazon anymore on the account and heres the email i got from them and make sure you read this before you answer question one and thanks !

"effective immediately, we're unable to guarantee any further deliveries or compensate for any additional problems with your shipments."
This is the only part of the email that means anything in this case, what they are trying to say is that if you get a shipment and you have a problem with it, they are no longer offering to assist you with that. How they said, "we're unable to guarantee any further deliveries" they are no longer giving you a guarantee that the item you get will be in working order and they will not refund you if it is not it working order.

you should be able to just don't expect to be able to return anything
