My coler on the CPU is really loud, even when I open paint its start going under like max load, this is why amd is shit... ??????

Amd is not shit, but for gaming i preffer intel.

Amd CPUs are known to get pretty damn hot under load.

Try a different aftermarket cooler.
Also your PSU is overkill, get a 520w or 550w bronze or higher rated.

The Evo 212 isn't that big and should fit it most cases.. unless you are running like a TINY as case.

I have the same CPU and the CM 212 Evo, I can barely hear it. It's a good combo. Never use a stock cooler!
