Does anyone have any suggestions on what type of phone I should get?

I am getting one from the at&t site AT&T

Need this with a 2 year contract
I have a 100$ budget and am looking for a smart phone to replace my lame iPhone 4.

I've been looking at : Samsung Galaxy Mega
and iPhone 5c

With the way iOS is headed, I wouldn't opt for an iPhone. Especially since it sounds like OP can't get a new phone whenever.

That's cool. Anyways get the iPhone 5c great phone. I'm not a big fan of big phones

s5's are $100 with a 2 year contract im pretty sure.
Always go for android since you can do pretty much anything with them.

That is, if you actually know how to use an Android and it's wide range of abilities. If you're simple and like a more clean, environment I'd opt for the iPhone 5C.

True enough. The iphone modding capabilities are really basic though. Plus the android app market isn't as restricted as the apple's.

With that money, the Mega's not worth it. You can get the S5 or one of those new fancy LG phones.
