I recommend you just accept Gift cards, most of them indians end up charging back. If you ever use Paypal just use fake shit and spend it asap.

I don't know about it being legal but you need a good vcw that people don't recognize you and so you can lure them into paying. Most of them end up showing there dicks when you start a Skype session so don't be scared.
