Is there anti-cheat

I realized there's the pinned FAQ but that's old and I highly doubt the OP monitors it. So does this game have anti-cheat as of now?

No idea, it detects some stuff like a million nades, and such, but online, if you use Weapon hack or X-Ray, it isn't detected.

i dont plan on using in game hacks, just money

It won't be marked or something. I think u can have infnite number of money.

Yes, money, weapons, masks, materials and all that stuff can be hacked without problems of getting marked as a cheater. What will mark you as a cheater on pd2stats is ONLY if you have more skill points than possible on your level, or if you have V100 and only like 10 hours played. So if you wont hack your level too much its also ok. What will mark you ingame as a cheater is using more medic bags / ammo bags etc than you can (if you place 4 medic bags you are marked) and similar things. From what I learned you wont be marked as a cheater even if using some kind of speed hack.
