railgun no sway doesn't work, fix please

I don't think this works anymore with the latest patch ....

i cant get f2 to work ... anyone know how/where i can get it to work ... the garage wont work nor will practice

freejam changed the way collision detection works, but it wont be long before someone figures a new way to do so
