Coding

I take computer science and I would like to do a end of a year project and I'm not very good at coding so I would like to do something easy but takes along time and would impress my computer science teacher so I don't know what to do nor what language to code the project in any ideas?

I don't know alot or even any basic shit. I would like to go to to study a certain language I'm currently learning C++ | JS

Do the basic "Hello world" and a calculator.

Make an app that would relate to her/him.
Some sort of tool for teachers.

Make something in ActionScript. Very easy language to learn in a few days and you can make some neat stuff like a mini-game where the object can't hit other flying objects.

Hell, he could easily make a game in Gamemaker if he knew the basics to coding. Game maker code is simple as hell.

Well, I know the basics off html/css and A little of JS and PHP, and going into C++

Anymore ideas? It needs to be related to the languages I already know.

My first languages were Python (One of the easiest, but best) and Java! I would try both of those!
Uh related to languages you know already, maybe make a program that you make notes on and then make it alert you at a certain time. It wouldn't be that hard.
