So has anyone else had random people adding them on Skype to chat them up saying shit like 'Hola papi' and 'I'm lonely please talk to me' and 'Down for a good time'

They are random bots.

I just block and delete them

It's like a script they have lol, no matter what you type to them, they'll follow this script trying to get you to sign up and pay on their website.

Lmfao. I get those all the time but they ask me what type of ass I want. I usually reply 'well, a donkey would be nice. I can finally relax.' there's a website where you enter a Skype username to the public and Pedro's just add you spamming you, or in your case a bot.
