Hello, If you want to have a less chance of being VAC banned this tutorial is supposed to help you.

First of all the newest TrueCrypt download is no longer working since Microsoft uses BitLocker now so you will have to use the link below

What does this accomplish? Does this allow recent detected hacks to be used again or just further secure the new undetected hacks?

No not at all. All this does is reduce the possibility of the hack's signature being detected on your computer's memory.
DO NOT USE DETECTED HACKS WITH THIS METHOD OF AVOIDING BANS
