Staff needed for Next Realms

This server was originally going to be named NRealms, but I'll just name it Next Realms since someone already has the name Nrealms. Don't ask me why I wanted the name so badly. Anyhow, I just need 2 GMs and 1 Dev and a spriter/mapmaker. So 4 spots open currently.

There are two magical ways to hire devs for a server....

1.) Keep the number low (1 to 2), and slowly evaluate each one, and help them/replace them if needed.

2.) Hire a million devs, then fire the majority and keep the ones that will do work.

Or you know, if you have contacts, then you can always just ask good friends for help on things. :P
