In no way is he "Begging", he politely asked for someone to upload a file that already exists. Perhaps instead of being a rude prick, you can kindly inform him that it is against the rules, or even where to find the files since they are already out. But instead you choose to be rude and put someone down. It would seem you're the scum that comes to the top of the stew when not stirred.

Dude, in this game a lot of people bought tier 9 guns and me, with tier 3 gun im dying 24/7, im not using my money for games but i was Colonel V by working so hard with sniper and sub-machine gun as Recon and cuz of these guys with bought weapons i've lost so many places on my rang, so let me use no-recoil and go to hell.
