Over the past years i had about 5 bans. going from css csgo to mw2 mw3 ghosts..
What i noticed is that u can hack today but only feel the consequences 1 week later.
So be warned if you hack now it could be possible that nobody has reported beeing banned yet , so you would be like ok (i guees its ok to hack)
but 1 week later theres like a ban wave for everyone who hacked a week ago so be carefull hacking guys!
My advice try to wait a week and see if there are any bans yet, if not ? good hacking!

we know... for years.. VAC works with delayed bans.
