So, found a website that can generate tournament codes for League of legends.
First of all the website it's in german language so i'll help you with the translation.
What you need to do it's to create a simple account there. Create here

After that this will appear ↓ Fill out all the fields!

After you created it, go to this link Click hereⓘ
Fill out all the fields and a link will generate. Copy the link and paste it here ↓

You can't see the tournament in the custom game list. If you want to join a custom room you need to search it in the lobby/list and type in the password, but if you want to join the private tournament you just need to copy and paste the code. This way you don't need to search the room (type in the name) and type in the password.
