This is related to internet connectivity, it happened to me once in 2 days, maxed out all the rewards twice during these 2 days without a problem
The problem is because it joins the maps very fast, rarely it can get stuck loading a map
You can sacrifice the speed for a very long time botting session -which isn't a problem for me- and use any of the bots available here in the forum

Also you can try clearing flash player cache, it may fix it

It might also be a problem that the monster isn't killed yet when the packet is sent, if so I included a version with more attack packets which is pending approval that might fix that -if it was the reason for your problem-

Nice knew I can make the monsters respawn fast without glitched rooms through quick room changing but didn't know with packets.

Sometimes with packets it could bug so try a quick room changer

You go to your house for example then back to the room again, slower but more stable you're right
I might release an alternative one with that method too
