I've checked some of the CVARS (I have the relatively new ones) and there's nothing that pays for the gold.
If you COULD, however, it would be simple to send an item:
"send_mail_item userid itemid; pay_mail_fee (example command)"
Is it userid then item or item then user?

and none of them seem to work

I'm just basing it off send_mail where it is
send_mail [userid] [title] [body]
and you dont need a sender id for that.

Just fyi, Vindictus doesnt use that command when you send a mail

Yep, thats possible. Maybe they used it once, but they dont use it anymore

Yeah, the payment totally throws this off. Maybe if we could remove that aspect, but that's not going to happen.
