The file is safe, he got banned for bypassing the chat filter and using another contact info other than IM.

This is VAC detected. Used it for a few minutes in custom and casual games. Came back 1 day later to a VAC ban even tho I haven't used anything else in months.
I scrambled the dll with extreme injector then used the included injector to scramble the dll and inject it.

Wouldn't use this if you dont want to be banned instantly.
