Should I upgrade?

So, @niggo I have new PSU and New GPU installed, did a test in Call of Duty: World War 2 - resolution: 3840 x 2160 - 70-144 FPS (drops here and there, but is extremely stable between 80-95 FPS), even during using Nvidia geforce recording, rest of the build:

Intel i7-3770k 3.4 Ghz (1600 Hz memory limit, not overclocked)
16GB Ram - 1866 Hz ( due to limitation of cpu, I can't use rest of the memory hz, but i heard it doesn't make much of difference)
1TB HDD ( don't know the name of it )
250 GB SSD ( Samsung 750 EVO )
some bad motherboard.

And works like charm, 4k 80-95 FPS, without dropping down to 30-40 FPS, should I consider this as a great setup?

I will eventually get new motherboard, new CPU (that meets the hz of the ram) and DDR4 memory.

You're pretty late indeed, already using new GPU alongside with the new PSU, all I gotta now upgrade is the last 3 parts which are cpu/mobo/ram and add some additional space.

sounds like a great setup indeed, the only thing you can now do is upgrade the cpu depending on your needs

if you do lots of recording and video editing a new cpu could save you a lot of time when exporting and give a bit better performance while playing
but as it is right now youre def on a very good level

Well, I do lots of recording and video editing on the PC, this CPU does not really cut it anymore, as things within adobe change, and start to need better components.

depending on how long you can wait it might be good to wait for the new generation of ryzen processors as theyre rumored to be a big step forward again

The wait is going to be for awhile, because I don't want to kill myself with the payments.

Look at a bottleneck calculator just to make sure neither will bottleneck eachother
