Awesome job guys, this is very cool. I found though that the auto installer was super slow.. I gave up on it and put the old files in then did it all manually.. But I guess if you dont know how to put them in manually.. The auto installer is a lot better than not having the texture mod at all.

Question.. Maybe I missed it.. But did you guys put in transparent walls? I read a thread somewhere saying it.. But not sure.

Anyways Thanks a bunch for this, its amazing

IMPORTANT ABOUT INSTALLER:


The installer worked like a charm at beta tests. Those who failed must've done something wrong. Following is the right procedure to get it working:

1: At least 1400 - 1500 MB of hard-disk space is required. The main reason is the extraction. It extracts all files and then filters and remove the directories. The most probable reason for forced close is that it is not finding enough space in the drive.

2: Vista / 7 users should run it as an Administrator. This could be the reason of forced close because installer will fail if it doesn't have the rights to file system operations.

I can't find any flaw in the code that it's working slow. It took me exactly 10 minutes to extract, filter and re-zip all the archives (1280 MB). The main reason behind this is again, poor memory / disk space !!!

1 more things, many people reported that its working like a charm and others faced a force close. I think the reason is the older rar file uploaded by war. IMO the new 1.6.zip file should work flawlessly.

If you don't know how to install manually and can't use the auto-installer correctly, I can TV you.
