What kind of exercising did you do? or was it just weights and good for you man that's freaking great.
About 1 year ago (- winter) at this time I was over 260 lbs. Now I'm at 195lbs and feeling good! It was not too hard to not eat so much and get off the computer. 3 months weights, my bench now is from 135 to 185. I know I am not yet fit, but I am much better then I was Now I need to learn to be more social and keep up healthy life!

Good job, I don't know how you do 1500 cals, I am at 1800 and try not to eat the drywall in my house.
Well, I eat a lot of low calorie things like broccoli and oats. I also eat a lot of eggs. I started at 1750, and that was very hard for weeks, but slowly my body was used to it. I used to eat a massive amount of food so my body felt very empty on normal amounts. I am still hungry often but I just ignore it or make salad. Also make room in your diet for 3 meals and 2 snacks to fill yourself up, it is good for metabolism and staying filled.
That is awesome that you have the determination to track calories and stick to a plan like that!! Kudos!
1500 kcal? bro cmon cmon, eat at least 2000. That's fucking minimal kcal amount you should eat. I've been cutting with 4k kcal for a month xD you are eating 1500 and talking about metabolism, your metabolism is dead xD

Congrats! Getting off the computer seems to be difficult sometimes though.
