    coinbase i lost my 2fa device

    coinbase i lost my 2fa device

    i submitted a claim on the site to remove 2fa from my account i got a email saying
    "Two-Factor Authentication Removal Request"
    i accepted it and it said something like 2fa removal successful
    but when i sign in it still asks for 2fa code
    i contacted support about it and they said its still pending but for me it says "Request Already Approved" when accepting that email again
    should i just wait? has anyone had this problem

    hey you got to just wait. I resseted my phone and same shit happenen basically. you got to contact support and upload your driver license and shit. slow ass customer support they got.

    You can only email them because that's the only communication they have. They don't have a phone number for support

    not very sure but i know that they have a customer support hotline for certain
