All hero mode games dont work for me

in crossfire, all games modes work except hero mode. in the download screen, it would freeze there forever until i have to reboot my computer. any suggestions? i have reinstalled the game alot, no hacks or av on

Yes for me too, but I tried merida, it worked, others i got 100% loaded, got sound, but nothing happens
But we cant fix that

when you join a match for MM,HM,HMX when you join a game then the load screen when the mouse is dissapeared press enter rapidly idk if i help you cause its work for me

Someone else had the same problem... It probably is happening to many users too. Probably a general problem. Just wait for them to fix it in their next maintenance.
