There was a minor glitch that was fixed very quickly, almost instantaneously. To me it shows the dedication and commitment to the service that I value a lot.

As my experience went, upon purchasing the .edu email, you will be given three items.

1. Actual email address
2. Username
3. Password

You use Gmail to sign in and you use the email address given and the password.

Once you signed it, you may decide to change your password to customize your newly acquired .edu account.

For that you would be redirected to the actual college portal where you use the username given (rather than the email address) and the password.

In order to change a password, you would need to set up a number of security questions.

My advise would be as truthful in Q&A as possible as a famous American writer Mark Twain once said "If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything"

You will be given samples of such questions, so it is pretty easy. Once you set up your security questions, you can go ahead and change the password.

Then you can enjoy your new and shiny .edu email address by signing up to Amazon and getting 6 months Prime trial.

When I signed up to Amazon, using my email, originally it presented me with just 1 month free Amazon prime option.

What you need to do is to follow the link that the OP will give you to unlock a free 6 months trial.

So as a conclusion firstly I wanted to thank OP for the product given and vouch for him and his .edu service.
