It started when it was on store on windows 8.1 so it is nothing new on Windows 10. You complain about a 2$ game and you already got a 200$ free operation system..

No, the main reason wasn't this. Windows 10 was about to be called Windows 8.3 but Microsoft did not want to make another mistake and cut the relation between Windows 10 and Windows 8(because of its low rate) so they should've called it Windows 9, but Windows 9 is called on Windows 98, so they called it Windows 10

I don't have any issues with Visual Studios 2015 or 2013 with windows 10.

It's not necessary no, Win10 just has some improvments and a (in my opinion) better UI than Win8.1. But it's not much of a "crucial" upgrade.

In my opinion, Windows 10 UI is better than all Windows's UI even though it needs a few tweaks which they're going to do so in the coming upgrade waves of the codenames (Redstone, Threshold Wave 2 etc..) And also it has a lot better features like Cortana which is still even beta and does a great job and the improvement of the new Control Panel (Settings). Overall, the system is great

Last time I used Win 10 was when it was available for testing and giving feedback, must say it has improved A LOT since then. It was a month or 2 ago if I remember my history of Windows usage.
