UNBAN from rust experimental Server

How do i unban myself from a rust experimental server? i can join other servers
i play on cracked rust experimental

I changed my steam account then proceeded to delete my rust folder and put the folders back again as if it was new..Still banned..
Changed my IP, My brother could join, I couldnt.

How?

RUST is bounded to UID.
UID can not be changed, as i know. only with special tools. UID is forming from your PC equipment and OS. Just reinstall windows and u will get new UID. this works only for RUST pirated, becouse steam saves your UID from RUST.
