    If you open a hack and don't use it will you still get VAC'd?

    If I opened a hack played on my smurf with the hack open but never actually used any of the hacks what is the possibility of getting VAC'd?

    The program is running in memory, so yes you can still get banned with the same chance as you would have actually using the cheat.
