Normally I would say the opposing game to BO3 because ever since MW2 the franchise has been dried out. But BO3 doesn't look half bad so I would go with that.

I would say BO3 personally since I dont care for the starwars games. It really depends on one thing, which game do you think you will play more and get more enjoyment out of.
