which version of delphi do i need to make my UCE? and i fixed my bypass works 100% and now set to TRADE ONLY due to leechers

only things im accepting:

TRAINER MAKING UCE
PROMO CODE(must be working)
PREMIUM ACCOUNT(at least 55k dinar if its under level 11)
BUY ME DINAR lol

OR if dave wants it, let me in the hacking team lmao

understand this, dave is overloaded with stuff, so you're going to have to take this job on FULL time, making bypasses/helping noobs troubleshoot with problems, and with that anything you make for vip will have to be given to dave for VIP protection
