Fixed, I'm sorry but i always try to get my modpacks out as soon as possible and i do have a LOT of other stuff to do so i must simply forgot about this.

World of tanks has no active Bann System. The Protection is only so good because mainly everything is serversided. You would have to hack the servers and that is extremely tricky. So you cant being be banned, only if you let the other players know that your are using lasers, they can report you.
