I have comcast too. Just use a VPN. I've never been contacted about torrenting and I've downloaded at least 2TB+ worth of music and anime.

It's really not that big of a difference, as long as it doesn't look as bad as a console to pc graphic comparison I think I'll be good.

It's audio quality as well, but with your download speed you're pretty limited so I can't complain that much.
