Download the .dll and put it in the same folder the .exe file is, if it still doesn't work, pay close attention to different letters, for example, there might be 2 missind .dlls, MSVCP140.DLL or/and MSVCR140.DLL

also rcs seems to be trying to compensate single shots with the awp which is really off putting
