Practice.
Natural talent can come in handy at first but it only gets you so far. If you commit for long enough, you can get impressive results. That being said, technical skill isn't everything. You need inspiration to keep going, so find artists that make you feel creative with their work. You can imitate their style but don't trace, that doesn't help in the slightest.
Not every drawing is going to come out great or how you want it, you should be aware of that. Sometimes you'll get annoyed because of it or because ''you're not good enough''. But who is? Art is subjective, there'll be someone out there that will like your stuff and hopefully they'll find your stuff.
Judging by what you like to draw, I'd say start by doing anatomy studies with life drawings. Get a good grip of the basics then start fleshing out your own style. It'll take a while, but I think you'll figure out when something looks right and when something doesn't.
Good luck!
