The small banter between Meliodas and Ban was enjoyable. They're a really good duo, and I appreciate Ban's backstory. We don't know much about Meliodas but I'm sure it's just as tragic.

Lastly, King is puking blood because the old Fairy King is in front of him? Is that even possible? Unless there is some sort of power drawback, he's got a weak stomach.

Looks like I misread the panel before that one then. I assumed he started to puke because of the Fairy King and then Diane put him there.
