Pretty sure this has been a feature of many menus for a long time now. Frequently referred to as a "frame" hack, making it look like other users are hacking.

No this is different, its called "insurance fraud". The frame hack doesnt actually charge the person being framed, nor does it add to their badsport status. This is a new level of dickery.
