These servers are hosted with CloudAtCost and have been on my account for well over a month with no issue.
Payment for these servers is MONTHLY, starting from the day you pay.
As I stated earlier, I have had these servers on my account for a while so you can expect these to last.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, I only accept Paypal.

How long does the setup / delivery time take?

These servers have already been pre-built and are ready for use, Once payment is received I will give you the RDP information.
These servers have been on my account for well over a month without any issue.

****** End-User License Agreement ******

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you (the "Licensee") and Forskin/John.tooeasy (the "Licensor"). The terms of this Agreement apply to all current and future versions and updates of the RDP's.

By installing, enabling or using the RDP's, Licensee agrees with all the terms of this Agreement. Licensor reserves all rights not specifically granted and transferred to Licensee.

Licensee understands and agrees with the following:

- Licensee has paid the full amount to the Licensor on PayPal via Skype and or MPGH Private Message.

- Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive and non-transferable login to use RDP for non-commercial purposes only.

- Licensor provides the RDP's on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. Licensor neither guarantees the correct, error-free functioning of the RDP's nor is he responsible for any damage caused by the use of the RDP's.

- The RDP's will never report any of Licensee's private data (documents, passwords, etc.) to other connected computers or to Licensor. The RDP's will not violate Licensee's privacy.

- Licensor is allowed to terminate the RDP's at any time for any reason and without notice to Licensee.

- Refunds will only be given to Licensee if approved by Licensor.

- Licensee may not charge back using PayPal.

- Licensor is not responsible for Licensee actions, in any way.

- Licensor may change the Agreement, It's the Licensee his job to keep track of these changes.

- No child porn or black hat activity allowed.

- Licensor is not responsible for any content on the RDP's.

This License Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensor and Licensee and supersedes any prior statements.

Lets say someone hypothetically wanted to crack using your RDP, are they allowed to do so? and if not will you take any actions so that licensee will not crack with it/terminate licensee's service if they do so? The "black hat" part of your license is pretty vague

As cracking accounts falls under the black hat category this would not be allowed, however there is no real way for me to find out. I trust the licensee will abide by the agreed TOS. If I do manage to find out, appropriate action will be taken.
