    Lightbulb Please help

    Sorry, I couldnt find related topics but how to create a new thread in Market forum? i just cant, says "An error has occurred. You are not allowed to post links." Is it because im newbie? is there any requirements? Also I coundnt find how to send pm to anybody. Thanks for the help!
