MW2 Weapon hack(?)

Hi,

I saw a guy who SPAWNED with a assault rifle as primary weapons and a M21 EBR as a secondary weapon and he had as 3rd perk ''none''.

It looks like a cool hack and if you can see on my prefix; its a request.
