Hiring someone who can be my package receiver

So I wanna master my SEing skills, so I need someone to receive packages for me and resell those on ebay
and that someone gets a fourth of how much was earned, why not me?
Ehhh I don't like paying for custom fees except if I really really want it (Xbox), so yeah.

Requirements:
Must be premium or atleast Member Level 2 must have +100 rep or +300 thanks (same goes for premium)
Must acknowledge the risk of me SEing packages to you, includes Bills, etc
Must be active on skype everyday and can update on the package
Must sell it on ebay
You get only a fourth of the Earning from ebay. Except if I want you to get half or third
Must know what is Social Engineering or the basics of it
Must be from the US or Aus
