Legit "Free" Money Service?

Recently there was a thread called the free money service which then, obviously, turned out to be a scammer.

Today I have received funds from a SE which went straight to my PayPal. Now, I´m considering opening a service for this.
Each time processing/doing this you get 35€. Note €!

My question to you, is there interested in this being offered as a service?
I would charge each customer 20€-25€ which basically gives you 10€-15€ for free.
Still thinking about this

Why do you not do it to yourself over and over again?
They potentially log the Paypal addresses and I don´t want this to get saturated

Is this legal?
This is as legal as it can get when Social Engineering and I can back up every step I make with email proof to the staff.
Respect that I cant and wont show anyone proof but a vouch "copy" will definitly be given out.

Overall it takes about two days for the SE to be done (workdays!) and 3-5 days for your funds to be transfered to your PayPal Account.

And you are not going to pay me upfront, whatsoever I will choose my customers carefully and you are paying once the confirmation email is received.
You can have a proof of that aswell
Also I´m not planning on taking more customers than 5 at a time since I don´t want to screw up and be banned

I can proof to dave, arun and anyone I consider trusted it´s not a ponzi
I have emails of the company where I talk to them and they end up sending me 35€

It´s literally just another SE service that gives you money
