Error: Disconnected from Server...

Does any1 else have this issue with k.o.s after say 3-5 minutes of launching the game it closes with a msg
Error: Disconnected from server...
Than the whole game closes, can't belive this game its happend ever since instaling it ive tried multiple downloads re installed uninstalled every possible thing. But the thing that bugs me is the tech support on the site are basicly robots than reply when you post a problem, all they say is re download lalalal ect

so this game is basicly un playable for me anyone else have this issue Or no a solutiion.
