Aim Assist

hello guys i am using teknomw3 in pc.
version :
Tekno : 2.7.3.11 Beta
Game : 1.4.382
i know in xbox and ps consoles they dont have mouse they have in options thing call Aim Assist : on/off.
thats helping u aim better.
the problem its in the pc, in pc no one have this options called aim assist.
and i find in a Thread name : Modern Warfare 3 Source Code / Address Thread Upload by Jorndel.

and he worte something about this aim assist here what he write :

now i want to know what its do ?
how to do thats ? (i know u need cheat engine i have but i dont know what to do with this code ..)
can i get ban for doing this (ban i mean in a servers not in campinagin and special ops).
it is detected ? undected ?
what about the vac status : Dedected ? or undetcted ?

Well it is not that easy as on console afaik,Get the tag position of the Player,then calculate the Screen position of him and then just compare the distance of the screen position to your screen center if he is in that certain range aim at him and thats it

The aimassist offset he posted was for `AimTarget_GetTagPos`. Unless you know programming, you won't be able to use it.
Subtle aim assist mods do not exist for MW3 as far as I know. Mostly just "rage" aimbots or "silent aim".
