Using multiple accounts once again?

Ever since the new update, you cant use multiple accounts on the same ip. How would i assign different ip's for different windows if thats possible (what program would i need etc,) or will i have to stick with using one account from now on?

You can use a Proxy/VPN.
If you were IP banned, you can try and change your IP with the following solution.
However, there's no guarantee it works on your side.

i know you can use a vpn to change your ip but even if i do that i cant use multiple accounts on that ip. sure it can bypass a ban but how do i return to using multiple accounts?
